Song Notes: This song shows Peter Forrest's first fascination with Russia and Russian music. He wrote it in Sarnia at the age of 18 back in 1983. The Vee Gates liked to play this song live and here is the Foufounes dubious version with François' loud NYET! Notice the joke about "vodka river" in the last chorus. John Cash really loved this song and so did François. Our temporary bassist in 1988, Rockin' Russian Rina loved it as well!
