Welcome to the Vee Gates trip down memory lane.  The history of the band is really divided between four cities in Canada:  Sarnia, London, Quebec City, and Montréal.  You can start your whimsical ride in any city you like.     

Chapter 1: Sarnia, Ontario Canada (1983-84)

This section describes how three high school friends got a group together for the high school battle of the bands (and lost!).

Chapter 2: London, Ontario Canada (1985) - placeholder page

This section describes how two university dropouts decide to form the "Vee Gates" in the ashes of their education.

Chapter 3: Quebec City, Québec Canada (1985-86) - placeholder page

This short section describes how the singer flips out, escapes to Quebec City, learns French, and decides to move to Montreal and reestablish the band.

Chapter 4: Montréal, Québec Canada (1986-1989) - placeholder page

This section describes how the singer convinces the old bassist to move to Montreal (leaving behind his girlfriend) to reform the band, learn French, and hang around the city.
